Totally overwhelmed!! 60 days out and making Fast Pass res=crazy!! Is it necessary for FP for all princess/character meets? What are some things we MUST do! Any secret shows, hot spots I should know about?? 1st time :) TIA

    Hi Christy,

I am sorry you are feeling overwhelmed and I hope I can help you breathe and let it go like they say in Frozen!

If it is important for you to meet a particular character such as Elsa or Anna, I would use a FastPass+ on this character greeting. The lines have been long to meet these sweet princesses so it is worth it to grab a FastPass+ for them. However, other characters such as Mickey, Minnie, Winnie the Pooh and other princesses, can be seen at a character meal so book an Advance Dining Reservation at a restaurant to see these characters.

Some characters are out on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom, around World Showcase in Epcot or under Mickey's Sorcerer's Hat in Disney's Hollywood Studio that you can simply walk up to them and wait in line for a picture.

You do not mention the ages of your traveling party so it is hard to make a recommendation. Toy Story Midway Mania, Soarin', Space Mountain, Expedition Everest, Test Track, Peter Pan's Flight and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train are all popular so grab a FastPass+ for these as well.

My best advice is stick to your children's schedule, book Advance Dining Reservations for dinner and try not to see everything. When you let the magic of Disney unfold, you will have a more relaxed vacation. Also, if your children know about the trip, plan with them and have them each pick two or three rides a day to do and do them. Have them help pick the restaurants and shows. All this makes the magic even better.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
