Our total group is 10 people, since we all don't want to stay in one room (kids 6 & over included) what moderate resort do you suggest and how do I make multiple room request? I am in charge of package reservations! Thank U very much!

Hi, Lisa! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. So, you are in charge of making reservations for your party of 10? No problem! I have some suggestions that I hope will make your job easier!

First, you'll want to know that there are five Moderate Resort Hotels at Walt Disney World located in distinct resort areas (Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and Downtown Disney). The choice of where to stay really depends on several factors such as the overall resort theme, amenities, dining options, and location. My pick would be Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside because it is hands-down my family's favorite Disney World Moderate Resort! There is so much to love about this resort - the lush landscaping, the uniquely themed pool complex with a sawmill waterslide, the complimentary water taxi transportation to the Downtown Disney area, and the awesome recreational activities available.

Since you are a party of 10 and the standard Moderate Resort rooms can only accommodate up to 4 people, you would need to book a total of 3 rooms. Your other options would be two Cabins (each Cabin sleeps up to 6) at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort or two Junior Suites (each Suite sleeps up to 6) at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. To make resort room reservations, call 407-939-1936 or 407-939-7211. I would recommend that you request adjoining or adjacent rooms at the time of booking, but just be aware that requests will be honored based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Wishing you a magical vacation, Lisa! Please write back if you'd like more assistance with your choice of resort or any other aspect of your vacation planning.
