Toronto to DL for the 2nd half of Oct. I need some help with my reservation. We do 3-4 Disney vacations per year but never to the west coast. I can’t find the DL DDP? Magical extras like early morning magic dining? Plus adding DCL? Also a 100 other ?s.

    Welcome back, Patrick!

As you're planning your dream Disneyland Resort vacation, you'll find some similarities between the Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort, but also many differences. For instance, Disneyland Resort doesn’t have a Disney Dining Plan. However, Disneyland Resort does offer some Dining Packages, such as this one for Fantasmic! and this one for Frozen – Live at the Hyperion. Dining reservations are highly recommended at most table service restaurants, and can be booked up to 60 days in advance. Simply book online, or call (714) 781-DINE or (714) 781-3463.

As for magical extras, the Disneyland Resort offers Magic Morning and Extra Magic Hour, which are both early-admission options. Both offer Guests an additional hour in one of the theme parks before opening to the general public on select days. Magic Morning is available to Disneyland Resort Guests with valid 3+ day tickets, while Magic Morning is available to Guests of the Disneyland Resort Hotels.

If you’re hoping to add a Disney Cruise Line experience to your Disneyland Resort vacation, there are several cruises that depart from San Diego, including a seven-night Halloween on the High Seas Mexican Riviera Cruise. Sounds like a spooktacular addition to a pixie-dusted trip to the Disneyland Resort!

    See ya' real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Kristin, California

Hello from sunny California! I currently live less than an hour from the Disneyland Resort, and have been an Annual Passholder for about 20 years! As a mom of three kids under the age of 7, I consider myself an expert at navigating the Disneyland Resort with little ones. My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A. I look forward to sprinkling pixie dust on your next visit to “The Happiest Place on Earth!”
