We took our twins to Disneyland for their 1st birthdays and want to take them back for their 3rd birthdays. We've read, at WDW, that if you check into the resort before they turn 3, that the Under 2 ticket rules apply. Is that the same at Disneyland?

    Hi, Matthew!

I’m so glad you stopped by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your wonderful question. I hope your family is looking forward to visiting the Happiest Place on Earth again! There’s no better place to celebrate a special occasion.

Yes, when visiting the resort with a multi-day vacation package, Disney only considers the age of children at check-in. Your twins will receive complimentary theme park admission for the duration of your vacation if they will still be two years old on the day you arrive.

Please feel free to celebrate the special occasion by picking up complimentary birthday buttons so they’ll receive well wishes from Cast Members during your entire stay. You can also have the celebration noted on your room and dining reservations…you may receive a little extra magic!

I hope this helps, Matthew, and that you enjoy a perfectly pixie-dusted Disneyland Resort vacation with your little ones. Please visit me again with more questions as your planning continues!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
