Where can a tired mom who's not staying in a WDW Resort get a luxurious and relaxing massage? The hotel i'm staying at does not have a spa. Am I able to visit a spa at one of the Disney resorts if i'm not staying there?

    Hi Nandita,

Oh, I like the way you think! Every mom deserves a little vacation pampering, and I've got a perfect suggestion for you.

The Senses spa and salon is a tranquil oasis where you can get a massage, a pedicure, a facial or a complete pampering package. You do not have to be a guest at a Walt Disney World resort to book an appointment at Senses at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa or Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa.

I have visited Senses several times at the Grand Floridian and on the Disney Cruise Line ships. So relaxing! I always begin a Senses visit by changing into one of the luxurious robes, sipping cucumber-infused water and chilling out in a comfy leather chair.

Booking a spa service allows you access to the facility all day. So you are welcome to linger after your massage in the whirlpool, steam room or, my favorite, the heated stone relaxation lounge chairs. (Make sure you bring a swimsuit for those facilities). Whether you stay a couple of hours or most of the day, you will leave refreshed and rejuvenated.

Reservations can be made 180 days in advance. To book a service, call (407) WDW-SPAS or (407) 939-7727.

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question, Nandita. Please let us know if we can help in any other way as you plan your vacation. Enjoy!
