Any tips on traveling the parks with a group of 10 people of all ages?

    Hi Kimberly,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Group planning can be as fun as it is stressful. The good news is that the Walt Disney World Resort has some fantastic planning tools that will make your park time a lot easier to manage!

First, I suggest that you decide who is managing plans for the group. At least one person needs to have a My Disney Experience Account. Be sure that each member of your party is connected to at least one My Disney Experience Account. To add and/or connect with people in My Disney Experience, simply login to your account, click on "My Family & Friends List" and then click on "Add a Guest." Finally, make sure you have linked everyone's theme park tickets and, if staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, MagicBands to your My Disney Experience Account.

Once you have everyone linked in My Disney Experience, you should start making dining reservations. If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, make your dining reservations 180 days in advance. Although you do not need reservations for most quick-service restaurants, I highly recommend reservations for any table-service meal. If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, you can make Fast Pass+ selections 60 days in advance. Definitely make Fast Pass+ selections for your entire group. Keep in mind that rides have different height restrictions and safety warnings.

Kimberly, also download the My Disney Experience Mobile App. We use the app to check ride wait times and to get directions while in the parks! My biggest tips - you do not have to do everything together and it will always take you longer than you anticipate to get from one point to another!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
