1st timers in Sept08, would you consider all parks to be a full day, other than MK, we plan on 2 days. I am trying to decide if we have time to visit the water parks & add it to our package. I have 11 & 3 yo. Staying 6 days. Thx so much!

    Hi Joni,

I hope you were able to take advantage of the free dining offer while you are at the Walt Disney World Resort.

I consider Magic Kingdom and EPCOT to be a day and a half each, Hollywood Studios a day and Animal Kingdom 3/4 a day (this park closes early so I always tour another park or relax at the hotel on this day).

Since you are first timers, it may take you longer to go through the parks.  Your lines will be shorter as this is a slow period for Walt Disney World.  You could easily build a day at the water parks into your touring plan especially if your children would like this feature.

However, I would recommend not adding to your Magic Your Way ticket but purchasing that day separately at the water park of your choice.  Adding to your Magic Your Way ticket would cost you more than the individual day at the water park.  This is what I would do because if it rains on the day I am planning to go to the water park, I save that money especially if I have no flexibility in my schedule on a particular vacation.

Have a great time and do not forget to make your Advance Dining Reservations!
