Our 1st time WDW vacation begins Oct 2. I'm physically challenged, so I'm going to take it slow, but my husband wants to enjoy a golf outing. Can you recommend an activity where I can manage two DD, age 7 & 12, at an easy pace while he putts? Thx, Sj

I have a few suggestions for you!

You'll be happy to know the weather in Florida in October is usually warm enough for swimming, unless you happen upon a little cold snap.  But if it is nice, you could take the girls to one of the Disney Water Parks - Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach.  You could relax and enjoy the sun while the girls swim and slide to their hearts' content!

Or, you could spend the day at Downtown Disney, where you can spend some leisurely time shopping together (there are plenty of benches available for resting), dining and snacking at the great restaurants there, or take in a movie (or two) at the AMC Downtown Disney 24 Theatres.  You can also enjoy the day at Disney Quest, an indoor interactive Theme Park, or take in a thrilling Cirque du Soleil show:  La Nouba.

Now, if you really want to relax, you could take both of the girls to one of the fabulous Disney Resort Spas at the Grand Floridian or Saratoga Springs Resort for manicures and pedicures, while you enjoy a luxurious massage!  And then finish off the day by relaxing and swimming around the pool.

I hope I've provided a few ideas that are helpful in your planning!  Have a magical time at Walt Disney World!
