    Hi, Lisa!

Wow! Your first time in Walt Disney World is sure to be a spectacular event for your entire family; I'm so excited for you!

Just to see what sort of reservations would be available for your family during a February trip, I picked a random weekday, 2/12/13, and went onto WDW's online Dining Reservations site, looking for a reservation for a party of 8 for around 4:30 p.m.; as of tonight, there are 63 matches from as early as 2:30 to as late as 5:30 p.m. (Other reservations are available, but these are those which most closely matched my request.) That's plenty of options! If you are thinking of switching to the Quick-Service Dining Plan, don't do so because you haven't yet booked any TS reservations yet. While the most popular restaurants may be booked, I can give you some suggestions if you let me know the dates of your stay. I can also tell you how best to get the most bang for your dining dollar, depending on which plan you choose.

Quick-Service Dining Plans are great for families who don't want to be bothered with sitting down at a Table-Service Restaurant, or who don't want to commit to a specific schedule while on vacation. However, the "regular" Disney Dining Plan is great for getting families to unwind for about an hour each day, enjoying a wider variety of food and each other's company. We book a TS meal once a day for that very reason and feel so refreshed after having done so. We love it!

With the dates of your visit, I can take a look at the great, unofficial crowd-predicting site touringplans.com to determine which parks you should attend on each day. Crowd levels vary wildly from day to day, especially if there is a holiday or a special event (such as a marathon); it's best to plan days due to the specifics of each day. I'd be happy to help you to craft the perfect itinerary for your first, most magical visit to WDW, Lisa!
