We are 24 time veterans to WDW but after losing both of my parents this year within 6 months of each other, we decided to book WDW for Christmas and surprise our teenage children. What do you know of Church Services for Chistmas eve and/or day?? Thank you

    Hi Lisa,

First, I want to offer my heartfelt condolences on the loss of your parents. I hope that you will find some healing in the magic that can only be found at Disney World during the Christmas season.

You will find religious services are offered on Christmas Day at the Contemporary Resort. Historically they have been held in the Fantasia Ballroom. A Protestant service will be offered at 9:00 a.m. and Catholic Masses are held at 8:00 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. The times are subject to change so be sure to check with Guest Relations to confirm before heading over there.

I also highly recommend the Candlelight Processional. This beautiful service shares the Christmas story through an incredible choir and celebrity narrator.

There are so many special moments to be shared together at Disney and I hope that you will have an especially wonderful time with your teenagers this year.

Please let me know if I can assist you further,

    Kaylene
