    Kelsey from WA Asked

What time should I make a reservation for La Hacienda de San Angel if I want to try to view Illuminations from our table? Thanks so much Mom's Panel!

Hi, Kelsey! I asked the same question of myself a few months ago. (Truth be told, I usually come up with pretty darn good responses when I'm talking to myself.)

We'll be dining at La Hacienda in mid-February. I made our reservation for 7:45 p.m. That way, we can request a table with a good view for watching Illuminations when we get there. The 7:45 p.m. ADR time gives us a good cushion if we need to wait a little longer for a better table to open up. If the cast member doesn't think something with a good viewing area will become available for a while, then we'll have enough time to be seated elsewhere, eat our dinner, drink adult beverages and then be more mobile to angle for a better viewing spot for Illuminations.
