How much time should we plan for retrieving luggage and rental car at MCO, picking up passes at Coronado Springs, and arriving at the Magic Kingdom? Trying to plan for FP+ times for day one of our vacation.

    Hi Anne!

I do not blame you for wanting to get your chosen FastPass+ selections as fast as you can after you arrive in Orlando. If you ask me, that is the way to go.

Because we rent a car quite frequently, I would allow a maximum of 3 hours to arrive, retrieve your luggage, obtain your rental car, get checked in to your resort and head to Magic Kingdom Park

A few recommendations that can cut down on the time it will take for you to arrive at Magic Kingdom Park would be to utilize the rental car kiosk at the airport (if available) to obtain your reserved rental car. I have found that the process is really quick and has little to no wait time. In addition, if you complete the online resort check-in prior to your arrival, you do not have to visit the front desk of your resort (unless you want to drop off luggage, etc.). Just be sure to have your MagicBands on when you arrive.

Please let us know if you require additional assistance prior to your arrival.

    Have a magical vacation!
