The only time I could get a fastpass for Avatar is at 8 p.m. We plan to be at a different park during the day and go to AK evening for Avatar. Does this mean that I can't use any fastpass reservations all day at the other park?

Sivako, Katie, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Let's get you paired to your banshee for an exhilarating ride on the moon of Pandora!

From the moment you enter Pandora - The World of Avatar at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park, you're transported to another world. And on Avatar Flight of Passage, you'll feel like you're really flying on the back of a banshee. It's an incredible experience, and I'm so glad you were able to secure a FastPass+ selection for it!

Guests may choose up to three FastPass+ attractions per day, which must all be in the same Theme Park. So yes, since you have a late FastPass+ for Avatar Flight of Passage, any other FastPass+ selections you make would also have to be in Disney's Animal Kingdom Park. You can try to modify your FastPass+ to make it earlier, but since you're planning to visit Disney's Animal Kingdom Park in the evening anyway, you'll definitely want to hang onto it. I suggest you go ahead and make your other two FastPass+ selections for Disney's Animal Kingdom Park as well, so you can make the most of your time that evening.

Katie, you can still have a great time in your first Park. Your best bet is to arrive as early as you can and try to get on the most popular attractions first thing. Later in the day, use the My Disney Experience mobile app to gauge wait times and hop aboard attractions with shorter standby lines. Then, head over to Disney's Animal Kingdom Park and...uh...fly!

I hope this helps you make the most of your Disney day, Katie. If you have any other questions, please stop by and see us again. I know we can rise to the challenge!

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
