We have time for 1 day/1 Park on our SoCal trip!! My son wants as many exciting rides as possible (he’s 15), my daughter - my daughter wants a character dining experience (she’s 11). Which park has more of both?

There's tons of magic to enjoy at the Disneyland Resort, Suzi. It'll be fun to squeeze in as much of it as possible into one day.

Of the Disneyland Resort Character Dining experiences, Minnie & Friends-Breakfast in the Park, located at Plaza Inn in Disneyland Park, is an excellent choice. Though, the resort area is easily walkable. So a character meal at a Disneyland Resort Hotel is also a convenient option. Our favorite is Goofy's Kitchen, which offers either breakfast or dinner!

In Disneyland Park, you'll find amazing classic attractions as well as more roller coaster-type thrill rides hosted in the various mountain-themed attractions. My favorite is Space Mountain. In Disney California Adventure Park, your adventurer may be interested in some of the attractions themed with more-recent stories from Marvel or Pixar films. I personally love walking right into Radiator Springs, the cutest little town in Carburetor County.

No matter which you choose, I'm sure your day will be filled with memories. To help keep those memories, I recommend purchasing Disney MaxPass for your tickets. Not only will that help you experience more Disney FASTPASS attractions, but it also includes free downloads of your attraction and other Disney PhotoPass photos!

    Adventure is out there, Suzi!
