We are 1st time cruising on the Disney Dream. How much do people dress up for the pirate theme night? We want to participate, but not sure what the norm is.

    Ahoy, Trish!

Can you believe it's almost time to enjoy your first sailing on the most magical cruise line on the seven seas? In just a few days, you'll be strolling around the Disney Dream on your Very Merrytime Cruise enjoying all this stunning ship as to offer!

One event that is very popular on Disney Cruise Line is Pirate Night. I just returned from a vacation aboard the Disney Dream, and we saw many Guests dressed in their pirate garb enjoying a swashbuckling good time at all the festivities that evening. I strongly encourage you to bring yours along if you are at all interested in channeling your inner pirate. Mickey and his pirate crew will be decked out as well, and the Pirate Night photo opportunities are always some of my favorites!

All the pirate activities will be listed in your daily cruise newsletter, the Personal Navigator and on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app (available for free download for Android and Apple devices). You'll want to keep these at your fingertips for your entire cruise, but especially with all the events planned for this fun night!

Enjoy counting down the final days to your "Dream"y cruise, Trish, and safe travels to Florida!

    Bon Voyage!
