We have our tickets/resort booked for the first week of Feb four-day tickets. I heard that tickets are now date specific. We had planned to do our four days spread out over five days - two days, a break in the middle, then two more will this work still?

    Hi Jill,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question.

If you purchased your tickets using the Canadian Resident Special Offer, you don’t need to worry about your tickets expiring, based on the plans you’ve described above. Those tickets still only expire 14 days after first use, or whenever all of their entitlements are used up (whichever comes first).

If you’ve purchased “regular” Theme Park Tickets, then I’m happy to say that these tickets still don’t need to be used on consecutive days. You’ll typically have 7 days to use a 4-Day Theme Park Ticket before it expires. This means that you can absolutely choose to visit the Theme Parks for two days, take a break, and then return to use up your last two days of entitlements. From what I understand, the “window” within which your tickets need to be used should be specified on your purchase confirmation, so please check the email you might have received.

If you need any help “untangling” your vacation plans, please don’t hesitate to contact Walt Disney World Resort. They’ll be happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
