I have 2 tickets that have no expiration date that each have one day left on them. However, I am going to be at Disney in 2 weeks. Is there anyway that Disney can credit me with a gift card in exchange for the unused tickets?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Becky!

I hope you are looking forward to visiting Walt Disney World® Resort again very soon! How awesome you still have days left on a non-expiring ticket! This type of ticket media is not even able for purchase any longer.

Unfortunately, tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. So receiving a refund, even in exchange for a Disney Gift Card, cannot be accommodated. However, your ticket will still be valid for a future vacation. Even though non-expiring tickets can longer be purchased, they will still be honored. You'll get to enjoy one more visit without the increase in ticket prices!

Hope this helps, Becky! Please let us know if you have any additional questions. We are here to help!
