If my tickets are bought on line and printed Can I still get fast passes at the kiosk? How does that work?

    Hi, Jaime, and welcome back!

I’m happy to report that even if you’ve already purchased and printed your tickets, you can still experience Disney FASTPASS Service, which is complimentary for all Disneyland theme park Guests. You may be thinking of Disney MaxPass, which is an additional service you can add to your park tickets through the Disneyland app. MaxPass, which is currently offered at $15 per day, features the ability to make FASTPASS selections directly from your mobile device. It also includes unlimited downloads of your Disney PhotoPass digital photos. Since you’ve already completed your transaction and printed your tickets, I’d recommend downloading the Disneyland app. You can link your family’s tickets to the app, and set up your account. This way, you’ll be all set to add MaxPass upon entering Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park.

If you choose not to add MaxPass, you can still utilize the FASTPASS service, at no additional cost, by heading to the in-park distribution points near the entrance of select attractions at both parks. Upon locating the FASTPASS distribution sign, check the Return Time displayed. Then, insert your ticket or Annual Passport into the FASTPASS machine. It will generate a FASTPASS receipt with your Return-Time window. When it’s time to use your FASTPASS, head back to the FASTPASS Return entrance, where a Cast Member will scan your ticket or AP.

    Wishing you Disney magic!

Meet the Panelist: Kristin, California

Hello from sunny California! I currently live less than an hour from the Disneyland Resort, and have been an Annual Passholder for about 20 years! As a mom of three kids under the age of 7, I consider myself an expert at navigating the Disneyland Resort with little ones. My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A. I look forward to sprinkling pixie dust on your next visit to “The Happiest Place on Earth!”
