Do you throw birthday party's during a vacation stay?

Seretha, I hEAR someone has a birthday coming up soon, and there's no better place to commemorate a special occasion than Walt Disney World! We celebrated my son's birthday in the parks a few yEARs ago, so I have a few ideas to help get your party started!

When you arrive, stop by Guest Relations at any of the theme parks or your Walt Disney World resort front desk for a personalized "Happy Birthday!" button. You'll receive birthday greetings all day long, and sometimes you may even get showered with a little pixie dust!

Kids of all ages (this means moms and dads, too) love surprises! If you're staying at a Walt Disney Resort hotel, call Disney Floral & Gifts at (407) 939-4438. They offer a wide variety of gift baskets and packages you can have sent to your room before your arrival. And no birthday is complete without a cake and candles! Consider ordering a custom cake and have it delivered to any Walt Disney World Resort owned-and-operated table-service restaurant. We still talk about the Haunted Mansion cake I had delivered to California Grill for my Halloween baby's 11th birthday. Call the Cake Hotline at (407) 827-2253.

If you're looking for some splurge-worthy ideas, make reservations at The Pirates League or at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique (the location at Cinderella Castle is the perfect setting for a birthday princess). More "mature" princesses might enjoy a Character Couture makeover for their birthday gift. I also think you'd have a blast celebrating on the Pirates & Pals Fireworks Dessert Voyage!

Hoping your celebration is extra magical this yEAR!

Meet the Panelist: Eean, Pennsylvania

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania!  I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique.  It’s amazing how many people you can find who love talking about, "The Most Magical Place On Earth!"  I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at middle school basketball games waiting for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
