    We're thrilled to be coming to WDW in October. I already customized our MagicBands, but now that I see the character choices on disneystore.com, I think I might purchase those. Does that mean they automatically link to our tickets? How does that work?

    Thanks for bringing this question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love all of the retail MagicBand options. I recently surprised my husband with a MagicBand featuring his favorite character: Grumpy!

    As you mentioned, the Disney Store online is a great place to look for MagicBands. Be sure to also check out the Shop Disney Parks app, where you can search and shop for products that are available at various locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort. There are terrific options available on the Shop Disney Parks app!

    Follow these three steps to link your retail MagicBand to your My Disney Experience account. First, log into your My Disney Experience account. Second, navigate to the MagicBands and Cards area of My Disney Experience and click on the button that says "Link." Finally, click on "MagicBand," and you will be prompted to enter the MagicBand ID number that is on the inside of your MagicBand. That's it!
