Kids on Toy Story Mania

Do you have to use all three of your fast pass selections before you can make another selection?

    Hi Tina,

Disney's FastPass+ service makes it easy to skip the stand-by line on several must-do attractions each day. The way it works is that you choose up to three selections for any given park. Once you have enjoyed your third selection, you are then free to book a fourth FastPass+ experience (based on availability). You must either use all three of your FastPass+ selections or the time window for your third selection has to have passed before you can book a fourth one. For example, let's say you booked The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror (one of my favorite attractions at Disney's Hollywood Studios) for the 9:00am - 10:00am time slot, you booked Toy Story Mania for 10:05am - 11:05am, and you selected Star Tours - The Adventures Continue for 1:00pm to 2:00pm. Now let's imagine that you were in need of a mid-day pool break and you decided to skip Star Tours (so you never technically redeemed your FastPass+). Once the end of the return window passes for your third FastPass+ (after 2:00pm in the scenario I described), you would still be able to book a fourth selection later in the day. You can make your next selection at an in-park kiosk or on your mobile device.

If you know that you only want to really use two FastPass+ selections in one theme park and then you want to head to a different park, I recommend choosing the first slot of the day for one that you may not use. You can take advantage of the chance to sleep in a little, then get to the park and utilize the other two. Once the window of time passes for your third selection, you can jump on your mobile My Disney Experience and choose another FastPass+ in a different park (if you have Park Hopper Passes).

    I hope this helps.

    Wishing you magical memories,
