We have three families going to Disney together. With Friends & Family, does every person need to be in the system to include them in planning, or just a primary for each reservation? Can one person change hotel or dining reservations for everyone?

    Hi there, Janet!

It sounds like you've got a fantastic vacation coming up soon! I think Walt Disney World is so much fun to visit along with friends and family together!

With MyMagic+, the Advanced Dining Reservations and FastPass+ reservations can be made by anyone in your large party as long as you've connected everyone within your My Disney Experience account. You'll be able to make and share plans together so you can get your timing just right for your party. Or, maybe some folks want to go for a flight on Space Mountain where the rest of the group might want to go for a ride on Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin! You can do that too when you're all connected and each family can even make their own reservations.

As far as hotel accommodations go, you can change them to a different Resort hotel if you'd like to and if there is availability, but those changes would more-than-likely need to be made over the phone with a Cast Member from Walt Disney World Reservations. They can be reached at 407.W.DISNEY [934.7639].

Be sure to check out the in-depth planning for larger parties vacationing at the Walt Disney World Resort as well. There is lots of great information in there!

I hope this helps with your planning! Please let us know if we can help with any other questions you have!

Wishing you, your friends and family a Pixie Dusted vacation!
