Hi, If we have three day park hopper passes, can we get only FastPass reservations per day or can we get three reservations at each park? How does FastPass work with the Park Hopper passes? Thanks very much.

Hi Robert! Thanks for your question. When you make FastPass+ selections before your trip you are allotted three initial FastPass+ entitlements a day. After your three FastPass+ selections are used you can find a nearby FastPass+ kiosk and choose an additional FastPass+. It works on a rolling basis. After the first three are used you can only hold one FastPass+ at a time.

If you have a Park Hopper, you are still allotted the three initial FastPass+ selections and they all must be used at the same park. You can still use your Park Hopper, you will just have to go to a kiosk at the second park and make your additional selection from there. For example, say that you want to reserve your initial three FastPass+ selections at Animal Kingdom, but then want to "hop" to Magic Kingdom in the evening. You would enjoy your FastPass+ reservations at Animal Kingdom, and then when you get to Magic Kingdom, you will have to go to a FastPass+ kiosk and notify a Cast Member that you have changed parks and that you want to select an additional FastPass+ for Magic Kingdom.

On our last vacation we spontaneously changed our plans and ended up forfeiting our three FastPass+ selections. We had FastPass+ reservations for Epcot, but decided to go to Magic Kingdom that day instead. When we got to the FastPass+ kiosk at Magic Kingdom, the Cast Member informed us that if you choose to switch parks, the three FastPass+ entitlements do not transfer. So, in short, "use it or lose it."
My advice is to plan well in advance so that you don't miss out on the FastPass+ benefits.

I hope this helps to clear up any confusion, and I hope you have a magical vacation at Walt Disney World!
