I thought I read somewhere that there is a special viewing area at one of the parks' fireworks shows for Disney Visa card holders. Is this true?

    Hi Kathleen!

I have a Disney Visa Card myself and absolutely love all the benefits that come along with it, especially when you're visiting Walt Disney World.  There are a number of fantastic year-round perks available, like private Disney Character Meet ’N’ Greets (including the brand new Star Wars Imperial Meet ’N’ Greet at Disney’s Hollywood Studios!) and discounts on dining, merchandise, tours, spas and more.  These have definitely saved my family both time and money during our trips, so I’d recommend checking them out.  While there isn’t a reserved fireworks viewing area regularly available for Disney Visa Cardholders, occasionally there are special offerings announced during the year, usually coinciding with special events.  What comes to my mind first is the Chase Lounge, which has been offered in past years during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. Chase Cardholders get exclusive access to a private lounge in the park that offers complimentary beverages, charging stations and a place to relax, and sometimes access to a reserved area to watch IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, as well.  I’d recommend keeping an eye on the Disney Parks Blog, Disney Visa Card website and Disney Rewards Blog as your vacation dates get closer for the most up-to-date information on any special offers that might be available to Disney Visa Cardholders when you’re there. If IllumiNations is  on your “must do” list, you might also consider making it one of your FastPass+ selections for the day you're at Epcot.

I hope that helps and wishing you a magical vacation, Kathleen!
