Thinking about western carribean 7 day cruise May 2016. First cruise was 12/2014. I know I can book my excursions 90 days before cruise. At what time can I make those?

    Ahoy, Kristin!

Congratulations on booking and starting to plan your second Disney Cruise! The Western Caribbean Itinerary includes my favorite port of Grand Cayman!

Your booking window opens at midnight Eastern Standard Time, 90 days out. That means you should break out the coffee and plan to stay up late if you are trying to book things that typically book quickly, including the adult-exclusive dining options of Palo and Remy. I would highly recommend trying the brunch at Palo, it is a "do not miss" on every cruise for my husband and I. Do not miss the grape and gorgonzola pizza, it is my favorite!

If you are looking for Port Adventure suggestions, I highly recommend the "Island Tour and Snorkeling with Stingrays" in Grand Cayman. Should you choose to participate in this port adventure, you will be taken on a short driving tour of the island, including a stop at the "Hell" rock formation. Then, your minibus will take your family to the Cayman Islands Turtle Farm for a tour and a chance to get in some shallow water with sea turtles. We were even lucky enough to hold tiny sea turtles! The last part of this port adventure is my favorite: you will board a boat and take the thirty minute trip out to the Stingray Sandbar. You will interact with stingrays in their natural habitat, learn some things about them, and have a chance to feed them. Our family was on this port adventure in 2011, and my daughters still talk about it!

I hope this helps with your cruise planning! Please let us know if you have more questions as your cruise approaches!

    Happy Cruising, Tracy V.
