Thinking about getting the dining plan (1QS, 1TS, 1Snack) for a family of 5 however my 11 yr old will not eat $53 worth of food each day! Is it possible to share meals at TS rest. or is that frowned upon? that way we can save credits for another day

    Hi Mandi,

The Disney Dining Plan is a wonderful way to try all the various restaurants in Walt Disney World.  I understand your concern about your 11 year old not eating an adult's worth of food.  You are unable to share Table Service meals to reserve credits for later.  I usually book buffets for dinner so that everyone can get what they will eat and the right portions.  Some of my favorite buffets are the Crystal Palace at the Magic Kingdom, 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian resort,  and Ohana at the Polynesian resort.  Other great Table Service restaurants that serve the dishes family style are the Garden Grill at Epcot and Liberty Tree Tavern at the Magic Kingdom.  Your 11 year old can always order off the children's menu.  My son was very picky and would like pasta but we did request an adult portion for him.  Your servers will work with you to ensure everyone will never leave hungry!  Enjoy your meals!
