Hello, we are thinking about doing a Surf & Turf in Feb 2013, not sure if we are doing the parks before or after the cruise. What is your opinion on that? And what is in minimum night stay to qualify for the disney dinning plan? Thanks! :)

My family enjoyed our first "surf and turf" Disney vacation a few years ago, Amber, and I can assure you that we enjoyed every minute of our trip!  As for whether or not to sail during the first or second portion of your trip, I'd recommend visiting the parks first, and saving the cruise for later.  Here's why: you will almost certainly walk many miles and experience full and exhausting days at the theme parks.  Fun, no doubt, but exhausting!  The cruise is different.  Aboard the ship you will be treated to leisurely days on deck and relaxing afternoons on sandy beaches in port.  There might even be a massage calling your name from the ship's spa.  Why not treat the cruise portion of your trip as a "vacation from your vacation" and take advantage of the opportunity to recharge after your days at Walt Disney World.  We're doing our own "surf and turf" again this year, and that's exactly how we're approaching it!

As for the dining plan, there really isn't a minimum stay that qualifies.  Dining plans can be added to vacation packages that include resort accommodations and theme park tickets, no matter how many nights you choose to stay.  I hope that helps!
