Hi. We are thinking of going to Disney this May and wondering when is best in the month for the crowds. We have always gone in January, but was hoping to take advantage of kids free and warmer weather. Will crowds be bearable for impatient husband.

Hi Alecia! Like your husband, I can be a tad impatient too and I don't want to spend my Disney vacation standing in lines and dealing with crowds. However, I'm happy to tell you that you won't have that problem in May. My family often visits Walt Disney World in May -- It's one of our favorite months at Disney because the attendance levels in the parks are low to moderate and the weather is generally warm and sunny. Plus, if you visit in the first part of the month, you can catch the beautiful Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot. Crowd levels remain low to moderate for the first three weeks of May. Attendance levels rise the last week of May due to the Memorial Day holiday, so I'd avoid that week.

Hope you have a wonderful vacation! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you  have more questions! We're happy to help!
