We are thinking about going to dinner at O'hana's..The food sounds delicious..But my 12 year old daughter is very picky. Is there anything else they could give her( chicken nuggets, mac &cheese, french fries, etc),if so, do they charge for that? Thanks~

Hi Robin! We're talking Disney World -- rest assured that they will cater to picky children! My son has a very limited diet and won't eat any of the family-style salad, pork dumplings, chicken wings, grilled meats, lo mein noodles, and stir-fried vegetables that are the standard meal at 'Ohana for adults and children. Thankfully, 'Ohana has a kids' menu available upon request. Just ask your server to tell you about the additional options available for children, and he'll rattle off a list of kid-friendly foods. My picky son usually orders a grilled cheese at 'Ohana, and the portion he receives is very generous -- multiple sandwiches with a mound of fries! On our last trip there, other options for kids included a hot dog, pasta, or chicken fingers. Of course, kids are welcome to eat the family-style food on the table as well as the kiddie food; I have a feeling your picky eater might enjoy the yummy bread pudding dessert topped with ice cream!

Similar to a buffet, 'Ohana charges a fixed price for adults and children. Anyone 10 and over is considered an adult, so your 12-year-old will be charged the adult meal price. You won't have to pay anything extra to order the kids' options for her. Since an adult meal at 'Ohana costs over $30, I always joke that my son is eating the world's most expensive grilled cheese when we dine there, but since the rest of my family enjoys eating at 'Ohana, we consider it to be worth it.
