Thinking about a couple of relaxing days where we visit other resorts, but don't know where to start! Staying AoA, ADRs at Beaches & Cream & Cali Grill and doing Fort Wilderness and Boardwalk for activities. Done Poly before. What else is fun/ diff

    Hi Katie,

You have a great plan! I love visiting the resorts and seeing some of the magic beyond the theme parks. Sounds like you are on the right track and I have a few other ideas for you.

While at Disney's Beach Club for Beaches & Cream Soda Shop, go for a unique ride together on a surrey bike! You can rent them across the bay at Disney's BoardWalk Inn and they come as 2-rider, 4-rider, and 6-rider. You're sure to get a little workout but the laughs and fun will make up for it!

If you're in the mood for some water sports such as parasailing, water tubing, or the even more extreme wake boarding, head over to Sammy Duvall's Watersports Centre at Disney's Contemporary Resort. My family enjoyed a water tubing excursion last summer and had a wonderful time. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Disney's Port Orleans Riverside and Port Orleans Resorts have horse-drawn carriage rides and great jogging walking trails. The landscaping at this resort is absolutely beautiful and evokes a feeling of being in the deep south of Mississippi and Louisiana bayous. While there, you must try the classic New Orleans treat, beignets, over at Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory (food court) at Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter.

I hope I was able to offer some fun and intriguing options to consider. Have a magical trip.
