Disney's Magical Express transportation

    Heather from ME Asked

I think I am supposed to send my flight info to my resort somehow for Magical Express pick up. I don't see a place to enter that info on My Disney Experience. Any ideas? Thanks!

    Hi Heather,

Adding your flight information so that Disney's Magical Express will know your arrival and departure times is quick and easy. Since you live in the United States, it's as simple as making a phone call. If you dial (407) 939-1936, the folks who answer the phone can add your flight details to their files.

If you are calling well in advance of your trip, you will receive a mailing from Disney's Magical Express that contains a confirmation notice and luggage tags. If you prefer not to collect your checked luggage at Orlando International Airport when you arrive, attach these tags to your bags before you check them at your home airport. Then you can head directly to level 1 of terminal B when your plane touches down in Orlando. Your bags will travel separately to your Disney resort hotel. It's a wonderfully carefree way to travel.

If Disney's Magical Express has your return flight information on file, you will receive an envelope on the exterior of your guest room door the day before your scheduled departure. It will let you know the time you should be present at the Disney's Magical Express bus stop in front of your hotel for your return ride.

Wishing you many magical memories on your upcoming trip,
    Jill
