Hi there, We will be visiting Disney World this coming January. Our son will be 2.5 years and it will be his second Disney adventure. We will be staying offsite and are trying to determine if we should be purchasing the park hopper option?

    Hi Kim,

I am so glad you are able to take advantage of coming to Walt Disney World before your son turns three as he will still get in for free.  January is a good time to visit.  The weather is brisk in the morning but will get nicer throughout the day.  I would definitely recommend layers.  I love to park hop, and my family has done this often.  I feel though with a toddler, you could probably save some money and just go to one park a day.  I know when my kids were that age, they were up at the crack of dawn so getting to the park at open will not be a problem for you!  After a full day, your son (and honestly you) will be tired and ready to leave.  I think that you will have a wonderful time without park hopping and perhaps could spend that money to dine with the characters.  Whatever option you choose, I know that your vacation will be just magical!  Please let me know if I can help you in any other way, Kim.
