Hi there..My family is planning a WDW trip in 2010. We would like to do Chef Mickey's for one of the character dinings, but my 2 sons will be 8 and 16. Is this appropriate for such an age difference? any other suggestions? Thks so much for your help.

Hi, Lindsay!  As mom to a teenager, I can tell you that he will be way too cool for the characters, but there is plenty of good food for him to choose from.  My eight year old would eat all of her meals at Chef Mickey's if she could!  I think this is a good choice for the age difference, because it really does offer something for everyone, and it's just a fun meal.

Another good meal for both kids is Whispering Canyon at Wilderness Lodge, and we also love Boma at Animal Kingdom Lodge.  There seems to be a broad appeal for the age ranges in our family at both of those restaurants.
