Hi There, Any ideas for special activities to do for our honeymoon? This is our 4th year at wdw and I was proposed to there last year so going back in Oct for our honeymoon. Thanks

    Hi, Claire!

Congratulations!  My husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon in Walt Disney World and have so many wonderful memories.  Now, 18 years later, we still enjoy our many vacations to Disney, but now have our 12 and 9 year olds with us!

Here are some ideas to make your honeymoon special:

-Plan a special meal.  Try the California Grill with its amazing menu and super views of the Magic Kingdom.
-Take a Horse and Carriage Ride.  How romantic to take a relaxing carriage ride with your Prince Charming! Available at several resorts including Port Orleans and Fort Wilderness.
-For some adventure, try Parasailing at the Contemporary!  Call (407) 939-0754 for more information.
-Take a romantic balloon ride 400 feet over Village Lake in Downtown Disney on Characters in Flight
-Have a special gift waiting for you in your room.  Visit to check-out their beautiful gift ideas.
-A honeymoon is not complete without Bride and Groom Mickey Mouse ears!  Pick these up at gift shops around property.
-Pick up your free Just Married button at a Guest Relations desk in any of the parks.  Let everyone know you are celebrating!

Good luck to you and wishing you a Happily Ever After!
