Thanks for your response Krista. We are travelling from MB so even 48 will be lovely for a temperature. If we dress in layers does that mean we have to carry our jackets around all day. Are we best to have a backpack? what do we do with it when on rides

Hello again,Coralie! My family and I always carry a backpack in the parks, and this is what I would do with your jackets.  Backpacks are allowed on rides at Walt Disney World theme parks. If it's a "regular" ride (not roller coasters or water rides), you can just place it between your feet.  On thrill rides, there are usually compartments where you can store personal items. You can even take backpacks on water rides, and these attractions usually have a place designated for storage.  Our family backpack never leaves our sight, but there are lockers you can rent if your backpack is too heavy or if you just want to be free of it for a while during the day. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
