Thanks for the info Sarah! What are your favorites at each park? We don't want super thrill rides but want to hit as much of the must do as possible!! Any advice is helpful! I feel so overwhelmed!!!

Hello again, Kimberly. I know it is a lot of information to take in, but you are pre-planning so you are already one step ahead of the game. If you have free time, I suggest going over to www.disneyfoodblog.com to look at the restaurant reviews for each park. They have pictures and detailed reviews on the atmosphere, food, and service.

I can tell you which restaurants are my favorites, but you will be a much better judge at which ones suit your interests and needs. If you are looking for Table Service Restaurants and you are willing to leave the park, there are some amazing restaurants in the nearby Walt Disney World Resort Hotels. Our favorite is probably Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort. We always make Chef Mickey's the first dinner of our trip because the atmosphere is so energetic and the food will satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. Plus, you get to meet the Fab Five on the first day of your trip and without waiting in any lines! 'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is also a favorite. They are both just a monorail ride away from the Magic Kingdom.

Since you will be visiting during the holiday season I hope that you will check out the Osbourne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights at Disney's Hollywood Studios. This and the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party are must dos for my family. You can commemorate your family's holiday visit by stopping in theYe Olde Christmas Shoppe and pick up personalized ornaments and stockings.

For attractions, you should definitely try to do as much as possible. My family usually skips the stage shows (except for Festival of the Lion King) and works on the rides. Since you are staying for 5 nights I suggest that you do Magic Kingdom twice and the other parks once. Magic Kingdom has the most attractions out of any of the parks.

Again I have run out of space. We don't want you to feel overwhelmed, so please let us know if you need anything at all.

We love all things Disney and when we aren’t watching Disney films or planning our next vacation, we love to go to touring Disney shows. I also love to cook, listen to music, read books, and paint. With my experience planning vacations and navigating the parks from a single parent’s perspective, I hope to be able to add a little “pixie dust” to your vacation! Learn More About Sarah
