Thanks for the advice on where to watch the performances! I think we might want to watch the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular while eating dinner, and I would like to know if there are there any places that may limit our view of the show? Thanks again!

    Hi Emma!

Thanks for writing back. It was good to hear from you!

Great question about spots to eat dinner while watching the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular. Let's brainstorm that one for a second:

To get the most unobstructed view of this performance, your best best is to be in front of Cinderella's Castle. However, that doesn't mean you're out of luck if you've stationed yourself elsewhere.

If you're looking to dine at a table service restaurant, your best bet would be to hopefully score a window table at either The Crystal Palace or The Plaza Restaurant. Unfortunately, you can't reserve a window table in advance, but you can certainly request one when you check in for your reservation and the cast members will do their best to accommodate you. (I should warn you though because the view you get from either of those locations may be partially blocked by trees.)

If you're looking to opt for a quick service restaurant, I'm a huge fan of Casey's Corner. If you can score one of the tables on the promenade outside of the restaurant, that could be a great place to watch Wishes. Also, the Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant is a great spot, but it's only open during certain times of the year.

Here's an interesting idea to chew on (pardon the pun!)...you can also catch some amazing views of the Wishes performance from restaurants at Disney's Contemporary Resort (at The California Grill), Disney's Polynesian Resort (at 'Ohana), or at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort (at Narcoossee's). Transportation from the Magic Kingdom to those resorts is super easy (via the Monorail), and they all offer incredible dining experiences in addition to the awesome views.

I hope that helped! If you want to bounce any more ideas off of me, I'd love to hear back from you.

    Thanks!!

    Best regards,
    Derek
