Thank you for your response. I re-thought our 2 1/2 days and now think we should spend the 1/2 day at Animal Kingdom and the other two at Magic Kingdom - skipping Hollywood Studios and Epcot. This seems to be a good fit for 5 1/2 year old twins. Thoughts?

    Hi Brian:

I know my five year old and three year old could spend two full days at Magic Kingdom and be very happy.  The park is massive, and many of the rides and attractions are "repeatable."

Among other attractions, at Magic Kingdom, my family always rides or visits it's a small world, Jungle Cruise, Mickey's PhilharMagic, Peter Pan's Flight, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Pirates of the Caribbean, Tomorrowland Transit Authority People Mover, Haunted Mansion, and Monster's, Inc. Laugh Floor. If your twins are tall enough and brave enough, they may be interested to check out Splash Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.

Epcot is my personal favorite park, mostly because I love the World Showcase section, but my kids prefer the Magic Kingdom and may prefer to spend two days at Magic Kingdom than one at Epcot.  If it helps, when we take five day vacation to Disney World, we visit all four theme parks, but will spend our fifth day back revisiting the Magic Kingdom.
