    Thank you Jackie.I did just as you said & the number they gave me doesn't work.Just says requested itinerary cannot be found.She also said that she couldn't tell me any info about if they had already chose seats. What can I do now? Getting a lil worrie

    Hi Tiffani!

         I am sooo sorry that this is causing you such concern!  I can promise you that if you purchased your flight through the Walt Disney World Travel Company, that everything will be just fine.  Since you have already tried to handle this on your own and haven't been able to access your flight itinerary, I would call Disney back at 1-407-WDISNEY and request to speak to a flight specialist.  There are not many Cast Members who work in that department, so you may have to wait on hold a while.  They should be able to walk you through the process without any problems.  You have every right to your flight information and I'm certain that you will be able to get to the bottom of it all.  Best of luck!
