Thank you Beth. If I book my room with Disney and then I make my vacation plans with AAA how with this work? I have always just used AAA (we love our local office)

    Hi Mary,

You're so welcome, and thank you for stopping by with another great question!

AAA can be a great resource for discounts and other special perks for your Walt Disney World vacation.  Your best bet would be to check with one of the travel planners at your local AAA office or by visiting www.aaa.com to see what options you'd have if you make a room-only reservation and then want to go through AAA for the rest of your vacation plans.

It may be possible to get a AAA discount on a room-only reservation on your own once next year's rates are released by calling (407) W-DISNEY (934-7639), but generally, if you want to book a package (that also includes theme park tickets and/or dining), you must go through AAA to get those discounts and other perks.

I'd also encourage you to keep an eye on the Special Offers page of the website as your vacation dates get closer, which often has fantastic vacation deals that might offer even more savings.

Wishing you a magical vacation, Mary!  Please visit us again with any other questions you might have as you make your plans.
