Thank u for answering my last question. This may sound silly, but is there only one main baggage claim at Orlando Airport, or is there a bag claim for differnet sections of the airport. I've never stepped foot on a plane, nor have I been to MCO. Thanks.

    Hi Stacy:

I'll be honest, it's been a while since I've utilized the baggage claim area of the Orlando International Airport as my family always takes advantage of Disney's Magical Express, Disney's complimentary airport transportation to and from your Disney Resort. Magical Express takes care of your baggage and delivers your bags to your Resort. To answer your question, I enlisted the help of fellow Moms panelists, Emma, Beth, Bernie, and Amanda P, who have used the baggage claim area more than I have recently.

The baggage claim process is extremely easy at MCO. There are two baggage claim areas, one in Terminal A and one in Terminal B. When you exit the plane, be on the lookout for and read the signs directing you to the baggage claim area (or listen for instructions). You will hop on a monorail tram to the main Terminals where baggage claim is located. The Baggage Claim areas are located on Level 2 of the Terminals and Ground Transportation is located on Level 1 of the Terminals.

For more information on how to get around MCO, including diagrams and maps, check out orlandoairports.net.

Enjoy your vacation and your first plane ride.
