Thank you Amanda for your suggestion. In addition to WDW I am goling to Palm beach @ the end of trip. If I p/u car @ MCO instead of later in the week, how is the rental p/u? Will I be able to save alot of time or will a cab be better and wait to rent?

Hi again Aline! While the Magical Express and Disney's transportation system allow guests to visit Walt Disney World without having to rent a car, there are perks to having your own vehicle. Since you're planning to rent a car anyway to travel to Palm Beach at the end of your Disney vacation, you may want to consider picking up the rental car at the airport at the beginning of your trip. The unofficial website has a section about rental car deals and you can often find discount codes that allow you to rent a car for a week for a better price than a short-term rental. The counters for the major rental car companies are inside the Orlando airport terminal, so picking up a car upon arrival at the airport is easy. If you join the rental agency's free preferred customer program before your trip, you can often bypass the line at the counter and save a lot of time. As a Disney resort guest, you'll be allowed to park for free at the parks, and traveling from one resort hotel to another for meals is much quicker with a car because you don't have to wait on multiple buses, boats or monorails. In fact, if you do pick up your rental car upon arrival at Orlando International Airport, you'd be able to make your original 1900 Park Fare dinner reservation since you won't have to wait on the Magical Express and since you would be able to drive straight to the Grand Floridian after you check into your resort.
