Tentativly planning our 2nd trip for 6/13. I know these have been asked a million times before, but when can I book and what are the crowds and weather like. I was thinking 2nd week in June, and would like to stay at Art of Animation.

Hi Janet!  You are my kind of girl getting a jump start on your vacation planning!  I always plan my Disney vacations in advance as well!   Historically, Disney begins to release rates for the following year during mid to late summer.  However, you can book room-only reservations up to 499 days prior to your arrival by calling (407) W-DISNEY. I live in Georgia so the weather here is very similar to that of Orlando. I am not going to lie, it will be most likely be hot the second week of June.  You can expect the average high to be in the low 90's and the average low in the low 70's. Most schools will be out of session by then so the parks start to get more crowded around mid June. The unofficial website allears.net lists early June to be "moderate attendance" and mid June through Labor Day to be "highest attendance" in their historic attendance levels.  You will love vacationing at Disney's Art of Animation Resort!  I got a firsthand peek at Disney's newest Resort a few weeks ago and I loved the theming and attention to detail at every turn!  I cannot wait for my own family to get to stay there!  By being a Disney Resort guest, you will be able to take advantage of Extra Magic Hours which will allow you to maximize your time in the parks when they are often less crowded. I hope this information helps!  Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you. Best wishes for a Magical 2013 Trip, Janet!
    Happy Planning,
