Tell me more about DQ! Boys - 6, 8, 10...how much time should we allot to spend here? They are really into their xbox & wii, so this might be right up their alley!

    Hi Mindy,

Disney Quest is such a fun and interactive indoor theme park!  You can easily spend the whole day (at least 8 hours) there with your boys.  My 14 year old son just loved it when we went last month as well as my 8 and 11 year old daughters.  There are five floors in the building with games everywhere.  One of our favorites was Pirates of the Caribbean:  Battle for Buccaneer Gold.  You get to man a pirate ship and destroy other ships,  and sea monsters to collect the gold.  You will have a captain and up to four gunners. My girls loved the Virtual Jungle Cruise where you paddle down a simulated river on a raft with real paddles.  There are also a couple of head-mounted gear which allows you to enter a virtual world.  Pretty cool stuff!  Buzz Lightyear's AstroBlasters are bumper cars where you pick up balls and "shoot" other cars that if you aim right, you can make their car spin uncontrollably.  There are classic Arcade games everywhere as well as simulated car, motorcycles, jeep rides.  There is a couple of quick service restaurants but I would suggest leaving and going across the way and eating at the House of Blues.  I think the hardest time you will have is getting your boys to leave, Mindy!  I bet they could spend several days at Disney Quest.
