Can you tell me how the DAS system works please. How do they calculate what time we come back for ride? Do we get a specific time or a one hour window like fast pass or is it an open pass for any time? Do we get this at ride entrance and return there later

    Hi Audrey,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! The Disability Access Service is just one of the many resources offered to Guests visiting with disabilities. For Guests whose special needs may make visiting theme parks difficult, like my son, I can tell you that these services are wonderful blessings!

Once you've visited Guest Relations and been approved and registered for the Disability Access Service, you'll simply have any member of your party ask a Cast Member at an attraction entrance to use the service. They'll scan your MagicBand or card and give you a time when your party may return, which will be comparable to or just slightly less than the currently posted standby wait time. You'll have a lot of flexibility, though, and will be able to experience the attraction at any point after the given time. When you're ready to return to the attraction, the Guest who qualified for the Disability Access Service must be with you and will need to enter the FastPass+ queue first, which will activate the service and allow your party to enter the queue. While you'll be able to use this service on one attraction or experience at a time, you're still able to use the traditional FastPass+ service, too, so feel free to use both of these services together to help your day run smoothly!

Please let us know if we can help with anything else, Audrey, and have a truly magical vacation!
