Hello Kelley!
From one Annual Passholder to another, I hope you are having a magical day. I was just at the Walt Disney World Resort and asked a Cast Member who was working the front desk this very question. I am happy to share the answer I was given.
If you are a Guest staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel you will be charged an overnight self parking fee if you drive. Exemptions to this fee are reservations booked before March 21, 2018, Guests staying at a campsite at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Disney Vacation Club Members who stay in a Deluxe Villa. DVC members will also not be charged when using vacation points to stay at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel.
If your stay does not fall into one of the exemptions above you would be charged for your
parking, even if you have an
Annual Pass. Parking at the Theme Parks, Disney Springs and the Water Parks is still complimentary for you.
I hope this has helped. Please visit us again with any other questions you may have. We love to assist fellow Guests.
Dream as Dreamers Do,
Jen
