Taking our 2.5 yr old for first time. 2 days MK, 1 day Animal K. I'm almost to the 60 day out Fast Pass booking date. What should I truly FP to make our trip easy and enjoyable?

    Welcome back, Shayla,

I was so excited to see another question from you. Oh my goodness, your little one is going to have such an amazing time and seeing the joy and wonder through his/her eyes will make the trip completely worth it for you.

I'm glad to hear that you are thinking ahead and getting ready to book your FastPass+ selections. Keep in mind that if you enjoy all of your initial selections, you will be able to book more by visiting a FastPass+ kiosk in the theme parks or by using the My Disney Experience mobile app. This free app is a great tool to use for a variety of purposes, such as, interactive maps, up to the date wait times and character locations.

Ok, here are my suggestions. For Magic Kingdom, I would choose Peter Pan's Flight, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train (minimum height 38 inches), and Dumbo the Flying Elephant. If your little one is a girl, consider choosing Enchanted Tales with Belle or Under the Sea - Journey of the Little Mermaid. If a boy, you could choose Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin or Tomorrowland Speedway (minimum height 32 inches). Over at Disney's Animal Kingdom, Kilimanjaro Safaris is awesome. You can also select FastPass+ for special seating at Festival of the Lion King or Finding Nemo - The Musical stage shows, which are phenomenal!

I hope this helps you get started with your selections. I'd also like to recommend visiting the official page for traveling to Walt Disney World with little ones. This page offers great tools and suggestions specifically for those vacationing with toddlers and preschoolers.

    Happy Planning,
