Hi- We are taking our 4 and 6 year olds Mid-June. It looks like Ariel's grotto is closed, so what would you suggest for dining for that age group? And what should we buy the fast passes for? Thanks.

    Hi, Paige!

Wow, your pixie-dusted vacation is just around the corner! There are many character interaction opportunities that your little ones will love. “Minnie & Friends – Breakfast in the Park” at Plaza Inn inside Disneyland Park is a good choice for a hearty, all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet of breakfast classics while visiting with Minnie and the gang. Goofy’s Kitchen at the Disneyland Hotel is another great option for a large selection of food and fun character variety. You’ll find a buffet that includes Mickey waffles, PB&J “pizza,” an omelet station and a whole section devoted to kids’ breakfast favorites during brunch. At dinnertime, selections include a carving station, catch of the day, a full dessert bar and other hearty menu items.

Your kids can still meet and take photos with their Disney Princess friends at Royal Hall in Disneyland Park. Each Princess is available to greet Guests in a private nook amid regal decor inspired by the castle, and you’ll only have to wait in line once to meet all of the available Princesses!

Disney FASTPASS is a free service that helps you spend less time waiting in line for popular attractions. Not all attractions offer FASTPASS service, but a list of those that do is available online and in the park guide maps at the resort. Disney MaxPass adds even more convenience by allowing you to make Disney FASTPASS selections on your mobile device while you’re in the parks instead of physically visiting the FASTPASS distribution areas. Disney MaxPass is currently available for the introductory price of $10 per day, per ticket.

I hope this helps you plan, Paige. Please stop by again with any other Disneyland Resort questions you may have!

    Wishing you magic,
