We are taking our 10 year old grandon to the Star Wars activites at Hollywood Studios. Pelae let me know if there any activites that can book in advance, such as the Jeddi Light Saber training? Any tips or suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you.

How great to be taking your future Jedi to Star Wars Weekend (SWW) , especially as Star Tours is reopening in May after its refurbishment.  As of now, there aren't any activities that you can book before your trip. However, you can begin to make plans about some things you'd like to do. Your son could take part in the Jedi Training Academy. When you arrive at Disney's Hollywood Studios, go directly to the registration area (it was located across from the Jedi Training Stage on our last trip; I'd double check with a cast member if you don't see it right away). The registration will fill up quickly, so you may want to make it one of your first stops while sending someone else to get fast passes for Toy Story Midway Mania.   If you click here, you can learn about Star Wars Weekends and as the date grow closer, you may want to start checking the Disney Parks Blog since there may be articles written about the opening of the ride and special events at SWW. Here are some recent articles that you may find helpful, too:  one and two

May the force be with you!
