I am taking my 2 and 3 year old to DW in just a couple weeks. We have lunch reservations at Crystal Palace. Can anyone tell me which characters will be there. It sounded like Winnie the Pooh? but we were really hoping to see Mickey and Minnie!

    Hi Jami -

You can certainly meet Mickey and Minnie at Walt Disney World, but not at Crystal Palace. Crystal Palace is the home of the Hundred Acre Woods friends including Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore, and Tigger.

There are several character meals featuring Mickey and pals, most notably Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary resort. If you're set on dining with Mickey and Minnie, you may want to see if you can get a reservation there. However, if there's no availability, there's no reason to be disappointed. I always have loads of fun at Crystal Palace. The Magic Kingdom location is super convenient and the food is particularly yummy.

Mickey is available to greet guests at Town Hall right at the front of Main Street USA in the Magic Kingdom. This attraction has a FastPass+ opportunity, so you can arrange to meet Mickey with no wait. Minnie (and Donald, Daisy, and Goofy) greet guests in the circus area of New Fantasyland, also in the Magic Kingdom. These characters also have greeting opportunities in Disney's other theme parks. Check the free Times Guide when you enter the park for all the details.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know what else we can do to help.
